1. Return Eligibility
- You may return most unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Perishable goods such as coffee beans cannot be returned once opened.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at coffeelovas@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
8. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit or exchange. Please contact customer service for assistance with gift returns.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
